As the property is located in a protected area, it is important to know the limitations beforehand. The house is in a protected area by a cattle rout (Cañada real) so any maintenance work must to be previously approved by the cattle route authority “Via Pecuaria”. The application must be through the Town Hall. Nothing can be executed until formal approve has been notified. Even the very small works. This is a limitation, however, it is not affected by flood risk. The property has an escritua (title deed) mains water and mains electricity.
